To go alongside the Lives & Times book I have created a fundraising page on Justgiving. This means that when I donate royalties from book sales I will be able to keep an exact tally of just how much has been raised. Also I got one or two very generous extra bonus donations with the first book from people so it's worth putting a page up. I am not expecting many donations this time around as anyone who buys the book, be it the Ebook, paperback or hardback edition, is being more than generous enough.
